Service Alert - MDSB Members Error Message - September 18, 2025

We have become aware that some MDSB and Business Members who require 2-signor requirements may be receiving an error message when initiating a bill payment, transfers or e-transfers.

If you receive an error message, please check in MDSB Transaction Manager to see if the initiated transaction is pending for a second approval.

We are currently investigating the issue and will advise of any updates.

Updates to the Ultimate Chequing Account

Good news! Starting July 1, members under 26 years old or post-secondary students will be eliglible for our Ultimate Chequing account with no monthly fee. This account has unlimited debit transactions, free Interac e-transfers and more.
